Q is for Q-tip Art
This week we welcomed back all our friends from the holiday break. We gained a new friend Olivia! We are so excited to have her in our class. We explored the letter Q and played around with some paint and Q-tips. We also have been learning the importance of helping our friends.

Grinch Yoga and Crafting Christmas Ornaments
Oh what fun it is to be in Ch2-1. Lucy turned 5 years old! We celebrated by eating yummy donuts. We had some yucky rain outside and decided to do some relaxing yoga with the Grinch. Ch2-1 also decided to decorate our Christmas tree with ornaments we made ourselves while listening to some Christmas tunes.
Letter M Week
Last week the Toddler 2 class learned about words that start with the letter M. We read the book Good Night Trains. The toddlers had so much fun dancing and playing instruments for Music & Movement. We also made a holiday light craft.
It is Beginning To Look A Lot Like…
CH-2 is feeling the holiday spirit. This past week we celebrated Hannukah, Kaya’s family celebrates this Jewish tradition. We talked about Jewish traditions, foods, and what a Menorah is. We even got to take home our own candles. This week we will continue to celebrate the upcoming holidays.

This holiday season has been going by so fast for Toddler Room #1! We’ve been continuing to learn the alphabet and singing our ABC’s. The cold weather has been keeping us inside a lot more and the toddlers have used that time to do more art and build block towers as tall as them!
