New students!
We’re so excited to welcome Lucas, August, and Eleanor to Toddler Room 1! The toddlers have been having the best time playing outside while we’ve had nice weather.

This holiday season has been going by so fast for Toddler Room #1! We’ve been continuing to learn the alphabet and singing our ABC’s. The cold weather has been keeping us inside a lot more and the toddlers have used that time to do more art and build block towers as tall as them!
October memories!
We got into the Halloween spirit all month with art projects where the kids drew monsters, made ghosts, and painted bats. Learning the letter g!
For story time this week, we read “Counting Little Geckos” to practice counting to ten and to introduce everyone to the letter G. Then, we read the letter g alphabet book and made ghost ornaments out of cotton balls. We also tried out some new things like singing the days of the week song and […]
Birthday celebration!
We had amazing start to our week celebrating Amelia’s 2nd birthday! After the festivities, we read Forest Friends: The Generous Friends book to learn the letter f and some important lessons on being a good friend. Later in the week, we got into the Halloween spirit by making ghosts out of our hand prints.
New faces in Toddler Room #1!
We’re excited to welcome Asher and Cameron to Montessori Academy! They’ve had a lot of fun getting to know their new friends and participating in class activities. This past week, we learned the letter E and glued googly eyes on little monsters that the kids colored and taped above their name tags.
Having a fun fall in Toddler Room #1!
We’ve had a great start to the school year in Toddler Room #1! We’re making our way through the alphabet and are doing fun art projects to learn. The rainy weather kept us inside but the kids enjoyed the chance to do other activities like play with building blocks and do coloring pages.
Great Times in Toddler #1!
This month we officially started the new school year! The kids have been practicing singing the abcs as well as doing art projects revolving around the letter of the week. So far, we have done finger painting of ants for A, butterfly collages for B, and for C we made little Cookie Monsters!

This week we welcomed new student Arya! Our theme was community helpers and the kids got to meet the firemen and see the firetrucks. They also spent some of their playtime looking at books. #storytime #communityhelpers #newstudent
Toddler #1 Our Busy Week
With the warmer weather, our friends are enjoying playing outside. We are exercising out muscles and working on our gross motor skills! We have welcomed two new friends into our classroom this week, Ryan and Hakeem!
