Aa is for Apple

This week we worked on the letter Aa. We looked at the letter A and worked on recognition of the letter. We then looked our picture book of the letter A. We learned new words that began with A such as anchor, arrow, and apron. We made a letter Aa Hat to remind us of all of our favorite letter words. For art, we did apple printing on a big letter A. We also made ants that we see everyday outside. This week we welcomed our new friend Cora and Sophia to our classroom.
