Around the World in One Week!

This week we celebrated “continents of the world,” as our summer theme.  We had two art projects this week that we now have hanging in the classroom.  First, we colored a world map and used our maps to learn about where each continent was.  On Flag Day, we painted an American Flag and learned about our flag and the stars and stripes.  We had a food party and Sylvie and Zara’s mom brought us some delicious food! The kids loved it! We look forward to learning about the bugs next week.
