Color Me Crazy!

What a fantastic first week of our summer program! We talked emotions all week and used colors to create cool art, but most of all we enjoyed each others’ company.

We had our first Splash Day and it was a rousing success.

The weather could not have been more perfect!

We made gorgeous flowers our of marbled paper and egg cartons.

First we cut the egg cartons to make the middle part of the flower.

Then we used lots of color to decorate them.

After blinging them out with a little glitter, we glued the petals in place and added them to the center.

We made “rainbow jello” to enjoy as a special treat on our good friend Ellis’ last day.

We also celebrated the 5th birthday of our special friend, Noah.
