Community Helpers
Our theme this week was “In My Community” and the Toddlers learned about all the great helpers we have in our community! We learned all about the types of trucks the helpers in our community drive like ambulances, firetrucks, garbage trucks, etc. And all the toddlers had fun recreating siren sounds! For our craft this week, we got to make our very own Police Badges! We had a very special treat on Friday when the Carrboro Fire Department visited our school! All the nice firefighters showed us their truck and told us all about what they do every day! They even gave us all Junior Firefighter hats!
