End of the alphabet
Last week we focused on the letter z. We had a lot of fun prepping for our Friday craft all week by coloring animals you would find at the zoo. We also learned about zigzags and practiced walking a zigzag line made from tape! We also “drove” toy cars through a zigzag path with paint to make art.
This week is a silly week. We are reviewing numbers and learning which letters are vowels and how many vowels we have in our names. We will also color a star wars picture on May the 4th in honor of Star Wars day. Then we will learn a little about Cinco de Mayo and decorate the classroom. Friday will be Miss Hayleys birthday celebration! Its going to be a very exciting week.
Also, this week is Teacher Appreciation week! Make sure to let your childs teacher know how much you appreciate all the hard work they do here at Montessori Academy!!
