Fire Safety and Fingerpainting
It’s National Fire Safety Week! In Toddler Room 1, this week happened to come during our letter F week which equaled perfect timing. We began our week learning about letter F and how it looks a little different from E.We did some fingerprinting on a big letter F and acted like green frogs! We then went into our fire safety. We read several books on fire engines and firemen putting out fires. We saw several red fire trucks pass our school on their way to put out those fires. We had a “shaving cream” fire sensory bin that our Toddlers used their water bottle hoses to put out the fire and save the day. For Fun Friday, we used our new sidewalk chalk to decorate our cool race track.
