G is great
This week we learned about the letter g. The class discussed all the words we knew that started with g. Some of our favorites were, green, gorilla, grapes, grass and ghost! Everyone had a chance to practice writing the lowercase g on a whiteboard. They also passed around the sandpaper letter and practiced tracing it. This week in science and life skills, we talked about germs (ew!) and gardens. We learned what germs are and how we can stop spreading them. We worked on fine motor skills with Friday’s craft. We each made a green g. It will be sent home this Friday. Next week will be all Halloween crafts to prepare for our Halloween party!
