New Friend and the Letter “I”

We welcomed our new friend, Lucy, into our classroom this week. Lucy has transitioned up from the Toddler Classroom. We also said goodbye to our friend, Jackson, who we will miss very much!

We have been learning all about the letter “I” this week and all of the words that start with that letter. Of course, our favorite is “ice cream”! We made paper ice

In circle time we are learning about the weather and how it gets colder in the winter months and this is why we have to remember to wear our jackets, especially when we go outside. We are very excited about all the construction vehicles working across the street from the playground. Everyday, during outside play time, we get to watch the progress on the park and playground across the street.
