Safety Week
This week in CH-2 we continue to work on our challenges while learning about safety. On Tuesday the police came to visit our school. The children enjoyed learning about the how the police work hard to protect us every day. On Wednesday the fireman came as well to visit the school and teach the children about fire safety. Each child had great time getting to stand in the firetruck and getting their own fireman hat.
In addition we are always working on our challenges. Some of the academic tasks we worked on this week include improving our writing skills, letters, reading and practicing our multiplication tables. We also welcomed several new students within these past few weeks to CH-2, Benny and Adrian. We are excited to have them in our class and look forward to watching them grow!
