The Rise of the Mammals!
The end of last week we were still knee deep into Dinosaurs and were so excited about our biggest project, the dinosaur print mural!
After finishing up our studies on Dinosaurs, our friends in Children’s House 2-2 are now diving into Animals. We’ve been reading up on all the different kinds of animals, like mammals and reptiles. We’re also breaking down where they live, like the farm, the jungle, or even the pond near my house.
Our group project this week isn’t yet done, but we’ve been working on it everyday so here’s a preview…
Three guesses as to what we’re making!
Besides learning all about animals, we’ve been focusing on taking care of our environment and making sure our classroom is clean, neat, and organized.
As usual, we’ve also been into kindergarten prep. A lot of us are out of here soon and we’re ready for some new adventures!
One of our favorite activities this week was blowing bubbles in honor of Hudson, a very special little girl.
